The Antelope Club (officially, the Wyoming Antelope Hunter’s Protective Association, Inc.) is a non-profit private social club in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. The purpose of the club is to protect and preserve wildlife, protect and preserve lakes and streams, promote juvenile athletics, and promote fellowship among members. It is governed by a nine-member volunteer board of directors who are elected by club members at large. The Club was officially chartered in June of 1956 as the Indiana Chapter of the Wyoming Antelope Club, although the founders had been informally meeting since 1947. The Club has been making its home at its current location at 615 North Delaware Street since April of 1964. Membership in the Antelope Club is open to anyone 21 years of age or older regardless of gender, ethnicity, nationality, political affiliation, or religious beliefs. Dues are $200 a year and membership applications require the signatures of two existing members plus an application fee.
